Q: What type of glue do you use, and is it waterproof?
A: Yes, it is fully waterproof. We use WBP (Weather & Boil Proof) Phenolic glue. This is the highest quality glue for construction plywood. It ensures the layers won't separate (delaminate) even if the plywood is soaked in water or exposed to harsh weather conditions during outdoor construction
Q: What is the film made of, and what are its benefits?
A: We use high-quality Dynea Brown Film with a grammage of 130g/m³. This film creates a smooth, hard surface on the plywood. The main benefit is that it prevents concrete from sticking to the board, making it easy to clean and ensuring your concrete walls look smooth and professional after pouring.
