In 2018, the company commenced the production of container bamboo/wood flooring. Currently equipped with an 80-layer, 2, 000-ton hot press, the facility yields an annual output of 50, 000 cubic meters of container bamboo/wood flooring, with the potential to at least double its production capacity to reach 100, 000 cubic meters per year. Our products serve CIMC Group across its 9 major container manufacturing plants in North and East China: CIMC Dalian, CIMC Tianjin, CIMC Qingdao, CIMC Taicang, CIMC Shanghai Baowei, CIMC Shanghai Yangshan, CIMC Nantong, CIMC Yangzhou, and CIMC Ningbo.
In 2020, the company invested in the establishment of Hainan Jicheng Wood Industry Co. , Ltd. in Hainan Province to produce premium eucalyptus and rubber wood veneers. These raw materials are exclusively supplied to Shandong Rogge Wood Industry Co. , Ltd. to fulfill high-end customer requirements.
In 2024, the company officially obtained the AS2269 certification for structural plywood (covering a total of 8 thicknesses ranging from 7mm to 25mm), further reinforcing our compliance with the high standards of the Australian and New Zealand markets. Concurrently, we secured the CE certification, successfully opening doors to expand into the European Union market.
In 2025, the company formed a strategic joint venture with CIMC New Eco-Friendly Materials Co. , Ltd. to establish Shandong Jicheng Wood Processing Co. , Ltd. , which is dedicated exclusively to the production of high-end container wood flooring.

Q: What are the strength specifications of this plywood? Can it support heavy loads?
A: Absolutely. This is an F17 grade hardwood plywood designed for high strength. The bending strength is 65 Mpa longitudinally and 60 Mpa laterally. Additionally, it has a high bonding quality (max 1. 50 Mpa), ensuring the layers stick together firmly under pressure without delaminating. The standard thickness is 18mm, providing a solid structure for heavy concrete pouring.
