Our factory Located in Jinyang Village, Huyang Town, Fei County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, the company covers a total area of 27, 000 square meters, featuring a built-up area of over 3, 000 square meters for office and R&D buildings, and 20, 000 square meters of standardized production workshops. The facility has a designed annual production capacity of 80, 000 cubic meters of plywood, which includes an annual output of 30, 000 cubic meters of film faced plywood, and an annual output of 50, 000 cubic meters of container bamboo/wood flooring, reefer van flooring, and laminated wood beams. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in a major industrial wood hub, spanning over 50, 000 square meters. We are a leading global provider of structural wood solutions. Equipped with advanced facilities including 12 automatic production lines outfitted with 400-ton hot press systems, our factory achieves an annual output of 200, 000 cubic meters to serve clients across more than 50 countries; we also operate an in-house laboratory that conducts daily inspections on moisture content, shear strength and formaldehyde emission, alongside flexible custom OEM and ODM solutions covering tailor-made thickness and exclusive labeling services for large-volume purchasers.

Raw Material Incoming Inspection
- Receipt of raw materials: Eucalyptus veneer, poplar face veneer, Birch wood core veneer, phenolic resin adhesive, flour, film paper and other auxiliary materials arrive at the factory.
Sampling quality inspection
- Veneer: Randomly test moisture content, thickness, appearance defects such as holes and mildew, and dimensions. Reject the entire batch if unqualified. Attach identification labels for qualified veneers, including tree species, specifications, batch number and supplier information.
- Flour: Inspect intact packaging, no caking or mildew, and verify certificate of conformity.
- Phenolic glue: Conduct full visual inspection; laboratory tests for free formaldehyde, solid content and viscosity.
- Zoned storage after warehousing: Stack raw materials by category in the Raw Material Area, register in ledgers to ensure full batch traceability.
All plywoods are packed on standard export pallets with secure strapping. We arrange truck delivery from factory to port and load containers neatly to maximize space utilization, supporting stable global shipping to over 50 countries.
