A: Yes, it is fully waterproof. We use WBP (Weather & Boil Proof) Phenolic glue. This is the highest quality glue for construction plywood. It ensures the layers won't separate (delaminate) even if the plywood is soaked in water or exposed to harsh weather conditions during outdoor construction.
